Virtual Revolution (Revo+R4)

In the "Virtual Revolution" format, all Raw Deal Revolution cards (cards with the <Revolution> logo) including Promos, and Prize Cards, even from the "Revolution 4: Breaking Down the Walls" set, are legal for use. Normal deckbuilding rules apply. (3 of any non-unique card, any number of "Follow-up" cards, etc.)
